Can I switch plans at any time?+
Yes. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features are activated immediately and your billing is adjusted on a pro-rata basis. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Why can Free plan users see bids but not supplier details?+
The Free plan gives you access to the bidding process so you can verify that ZeroGap delivers real, competitive bids for your requirements. Supplier identity and contact details are reserved for Premium members to ensure serious engagement on both sides of the transaction.
How does the escrow payment system work?+
Once a deal is awarded, the buyer deposits the agreed amount into the ZeroGap Escrow account. Funds are held securely and released to the supplier only after the buyer confirms that materials have been received and meet the agreed specifications. This protects both parties throughout the transaction.
Are there any transaction fees on top of the subscription?+
The subscription covers platform access. For completed transactions processed through ZeroGap Escrow, a transaction fee of 0.5%–1.5% applies depending on your plan tier and transaction volume. This is disclosed transparently before you confirm any transaction.
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers, and selected regional payment methods. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner. Invoices are issued for all subscription payments.
Is there a refund policy?+
If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at hello@zerogap.online and we will process a full refund. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you retain access until the end of your billing period.
